Refunds and returns

Version of 16 September 2026. Sales are still closed, so nothing has been paid today and there is nothing to refund. Short version: if the app does not do what it promised, you get your money back.

1. When you get your money back

  • You never got the file. The download link does not work, the e-mail never arrived, payment was taken but nothing was delivered. Full refund, no questions.
  • The app is defective. It crashes, or it cannot read a car that the compatibility list says it should read. We try to fix it; if we cannot, you get a refund.
  • You paid twice or the wrong amount was charged. The extra is refunded.
  • Within 14 days, if you have not received the file yet and have not given the digital-delivery consent described below.

2. The 14-day right of withdrawal

Estonian consumer law gives you 14 days to change your mind about a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately that right ends once delivery has started, if you gave express consent and confirmed that you understood this (VÕS § 53).

You give that consent by ticking the box at checkout, or, when ordering by e-mail, by sending us the order — the confirmation e-mail says it in plain words. If you prefer to keep the 14 days, do not give the consent and do not download the file: the free demo lets you judge the app first.

Without that consent nothing is delivered before the 14 days are over, or your money is returned on request.

3. When we cannot refund

Once the file has been delivered with your consent, a simple change of mind is no longer refundable — that is the whole point of the consent above. In particular, we do not refund because:

  • your car turned out not to be on the compatibility list (check it, and try the demo, before paying);
  • you expected the app to work with a cable or an adapter it does not support;
  • the licence was shared, resold or published.

If none of this applies and something is genuinely wrong, write to us anyway — we would rather fix the problem than argue.

4. How to ask

One e-mail to Heimar422@gmail.com is enough. Please include:

  • the date of the purchase and the name or reference used,
  • the e-mail address the file was sent to,
  • what went wrong, with a screenshot or the app's log if you have one.

We answer within a few working days. You do not need a form, an account or a reason that fits a menu.

5. What happens next

Once we agree on a refund, the money goes back within 14 days using the same payment method you used — to the same bank account or card. Your download code is closed at the same time, so the link stops working; that is not a penalty, it is how the gate stays meaningful for the buyers after you.

6. If the app will not connect to the car

This is the most common support case and it is nearly always solvable, so let us look at it before you ask for money back. In practice it is one of: the ignition not on, the wrong controller address, or the wrong baud rate.

Send us the app's log file and we will tell you what the car actually answers. If your car genuinely cannot be read and we cannot fix it, that is a refund under point 1.

7. If we cannot agree

You can turn to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee) or to the Consumer Disputes Committee, and, if you paid by card, to your bank. These rights exist regardless of what this page says.
